Location
The study holiday takes place in the picturesque town of Ruvo di Puglia in the beautiful Puglia region of Italy.
Situated inside the Alta Murgia national park, Ruvo boasts some beautiful Romanesque architecture, including it’s twelfth century Cathedral, as well as an old town as charming as any in southern Italy.
‘Devoted to agriculture, wine and olive growing’, Ruvo offers some fantastic food and drink. During you’re stay you’ll be able to sample some of the local delicacies, including a guided tour of the ‘Cascione Panificio’, Ruvo’s number one bakery and wine tasting at the ‘Cantina Crifo’.
